Elizabeth Searle Designs artworks are created in three stages: a hand-drawn pencil image; digital finishing including the addition of subtle colours and tones; and the final print with additional hand-drawn sketching.

Your final artwork will be printed on fine grain artist card and mounted in a professionally-cut white card border ready for framing. It will be presented in a clear protective sleeve to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition and is ready to present if you are purchasing it as a gift.

Typically a design takes between two and three weeks to complete and deliver. However, timings can be affected by the complexity of a design or busy times of year, for instance the run-up to Christmas.

Every effort will be made to meet tighter deadlines where possible.

So how does the process work?

1. Send your photo

Choose the photo or photos you would like to use as source material. These need to be high-resolution and high-contrast wherever possible, and preferably sent by email to ESearleDesigns@outlook.com. Check out the Photo tips page for more on selecting good source photos.

2. Artwork creation

The first draft of your bespoke print will be created using the three-step process of hand-drawing and digital finishing. A watermarked version will then be emailed for you to review and approve, before the final print is mounted and finished. 3. Payment and delivery

Payment is made in full, preferably by online transfer. On receipt of payment, your print will be posted by special delivery to your preferred address.
